Liaison is seeking a preeminent Online Project Manager for their fast-moving, Fortune-500 computer manufacturing client located
in north Austin. This uber-star will be responsible for refreshing five micro-sites in a "drinking from the fire hose" environment.
If you are that type of pro and you've had at least three years of online project management experience in a corporate environment,
(and ideally two to three years of advertising agency experience) you should seriously consider putting down the Blackberry, closing
all your spreadsheets, logging out of LinkedIn, and applying for this position!
Everyday, you'll be working with outside agencies, internal program managers, and internal product experts to plan, create, execute
the refresh of learning/marketing micro-sites. This includes routing and reviewing of materials for approvals, timeline maintenance,
scheduling, project support and collaborating with an art director and writer.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of day to day advertising and promotional activities of the department. Will participate in
Brand Strategy planning and implementation, will interface with business owners, advertising agency team, and internal staff as required and necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management of collateral/POP development and production, broadcast creative development and production
• Management of media planning, buying and evaluation
• Management of local store marketing planning, implementation and evaluation, and internal brand building activities
• Manage projects and serve as the liaison between advertising agency, category managers, and senior staff.
• Participate in brand/strategic research activities; growth strategy planning, implementation and evaluation, and brand standards development and implementation
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to accomplish established objectives
• Responsible for interacting on a daily basis with various business owners and Company departments to include: Operations, Merchandising, Food Service, HR/Training; Cash in Hand, and the Fuel Service/Car Wash teams
• Responsible for day to day interface with advertising agency team, including Account Service, Creative, Account Planning, and Media
• Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing and Advertising preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years marketing/advertising experience, with a blend of agency and client-side preferred
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in written form
• Ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects at one time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Driven and goal oriented
• Overnight travel may be required
