Liaison is seeking a project-based Presentation and Print Designer for a new, creative team for a Fortune 500 client. The stylish office just 10 minutes north of downtown gives the designer the opportunity to create great projects in a fun, fast-moving environment. Think creative shop, not Office Space. The person we're seeking is able to turn abstract concepts and strategic content into compelling business presentations, visual communications and materials. If that's you, then let's talk. The Presentation and Print Designer that we are seeking is able to turn abstract concepts and strategic content into compelling business presentations, visual communications and materials. If that's you, then let's talk. This is a P-R-O-J-E-C-T based assignment. Some responsibilities include: - Developing presentations (including executive level) and applying dynamic content through graphics, animation, video, audio and interactivity. - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for presentation and communication design; - Collaborating with direct suppliers (photographers, illustrators, internal and external design and production partners) as well as internal and external art directors, designers, brand strategists, and producers; - Ensuring work meets established objectives and project deadlines *NOTE: Must submit samples of presentations and print designs with resume BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: - BA/BS degree preferred in design, interactive multimedia, or visual communications or equivalent; - At least 3-5 years professional graphic design/PowerPoint presentation experience. • Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign all are essential. For real. HARD SKILLS: - Highly proficient in PowerPoint including creation of master slides and animation; - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat; - Microsoft - PowerPoint, Word, & Excel; - Flash, multi-media and web skills a plus! SOFT SKILLS: - A motivated, creative professional able to crank out great design in a fast-paced environment - Able to quickly shift priorities in a proactive way DETAILS: This is a Freelance, sub-contracted project. You will be paid as a 1099 contractor on a project-to-project basis. You will be responsible for your work product, employment taxes and insurance. We are seeking an experienced Packaging Designer for a new creative team at a Fortune 500 client. Just 10 minutes north of downtown Austin, this project-based designer will develop creative, innovative packaging designs across multiple product categories. Housed in the photo/visual/industrial design studio, this designer will develop strategies from concept through production while ensuring the final packaging meets strategic objectives and upholds our customer experience. This is a P-R-O-J-E-C-T based assignment. Some responsibilities include: - Producing high-quality, competitive & contemporary packaging inclusive of structure, graphics and copy, layouts, photography/illustration, typography to meet package objectives; - Collaborating with direct suppliers (photographers, Illustrators, internal and external design and production partners); - Ensuring work delivers on established objectives and meets project deadlines *NOTE: Must submit samples of packaging designs with resume.
