Liaison is seeking an Online Lead-Generation Support Specialist for a full-time ongoing position within north our Austin-area High-Tech Fortune 500 client. In this critical role on Liaison's close-knit and growing team, you'll engage directly with inbound potential customers to gather data and assist with customer service, lead-gen, and data processing. You'll be supporting operations critical to our client's marketing and sales business process.
This is not a sales position and does not provide commissions. Pay range starts at 33k/yr, based on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - In this job, you'll: - Provide a high level of customer service through communicating with, and properly routing new inbound interested sales leads coming to the website. Communication will be live via email or phone; - Rapidly and accurately categorize online requests using a scoring and routing methodology and working within Microsoft Excel; - Analyze lead comments and characteristics to provide most appropriate follow-up and routing to sales, support, or other business units; - Qualify and load all online leads into Salesforce.com; - Proactively communicate with the online and sales teams in order to ensure quick follow-up time for qualified leads; - Develop reports in Salesforce.com to monitor all activities and initiatives - Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results;
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: - 1-3 years experience in online marketing, inside sales support, and/or enterprise-level B2B customer service; - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Important: This is a critical and challenging role, and the hard skills and experience required are not especially rare.
