Rick Ardito, Executive Creative Director (McGarry Bowen/ BBDO/Freelance)
Rick Ardito has been a member of the ad world for 22+ years, starting at Cliff Freeman & Partners as an Art Director. Rick is a storyteller in every sense of the word: “Lou, if you’re going to be a good Art Director here at Cliff Freeman, you better be a darn good Copywriter,” said Cliff to Rick. Rick tried to correct Cliff on his name but before he could, Cliff tipped Rick two dollars and dried his hands on Rick’s hair–we will never know why he dried his hands on Rick’s hair and can only assume that it was due to Rick’s magnificent lion-like locks.
During his career, Rick has worked on projects for Budget Rent-a-Car, Fox Sports, Quiznos Hollywood Video, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, FedEx, Guinness, AT&T, Pepsi, and Monster.com. This, along with his long list of awards is why we wanted Rick to be one of our judges. Here’s the short list of Rick’s accomplishments: ADDYS / ANDYS / ARCHIVE / AICP / CLIOS / DA&D / GOLD LIONS / SILVER LIONS / ONE SHOW PENCILS LONDON INTERNATIONAL THINGS, AND RADIO MERCURYS.
Outside of work, Rick likes his family. He also likes mountain biking, eating Twizzlers, and taking his dog for long strolls along the sand.

Brynna Aylward, Executive Creative Director at GUT Toronto
Brynna Aylward is an award-winning Executive Creative Director / Creative Lead at GUT Toronto. She previously served as Creative Director in GUT’s Miami office, where she was the creative leader behind some of GUT’s most successful campaigns for multiple global brands, including Popeyes, Bud Light Seltzer and Tim Hortons. Under her leadership as ECD at GUT Toronto she’s helped launch multiple campaigns for Tim Hortons, including a fundraiser for its Camp Day Foundation, as well as its recent collaboration with Justin Bieber.
From her first days in advertising, Brynna knew what she was after—great work that makes a difference in the world. And it’s something she’s tried to achieve through pieces like “Diverse Snowpeople” for Tim Hortons, which highlighted and celebrated how vastly diverse Canada’s population is. Also, at the height of the pandemic in 2020, she spearheaded Headspace’s first-ever campaign to offer the service for free to all 30 million unemployed Americans. Most recently, she worked on “#SaveItSeeIt”, a Michelob Ultra campaign to bring visibility and attention to women’s sports that inspired a $100M commitment to women’s sports from the brand.
Over the course of her career, Brynna has received multiple prestigious accolades, including multiple One Show Pencils and Cannes Lions, as well as being named as one of the One Show and 3% Movement’s Next Creative Leaders in 2019. In 2018, she also was ranked #4 Copywriter by the One Club and #2 Copywriter by the ADC. Prior to GUT, Brynna worked on brands including Ziploc, OFF! Bug Spray, Colgate, Purina, and Allstate at agencies including BBDO and Leo Burnett. When not making ads, Brynna relentlessly pursues the perfect mac and cheese and the ultimate narwhal costume (they’re the unicorns of the sea, you know).

Stace Caseria, Founder & Chief Trust Officer at Trust Deep Branding
Is it true? Is it created with humanity? Does it make you feel something? Those are a couple of the questions Stace Caseria asks himself when thinking about a piece of advertising. A writer by trade, he’s a recovering pessimist who after 20 years of working in the industry still believes in simple ideas.
Stace founded his agency, Trust Deep, to help brands create long-lasting loyalty by showing themselves worthy of customers’ trust. He’s had the honor of contributing to brands like Delta Air Lines, Panasonic, Cadillac, Heineken, Vail Resorts, Bose and so many others.
His first agency job was at Modem Media, considered the world’s first digital ad shop. Before that, he wrote for MAD Magazine which nearly ruined his prospects of working a real job.

Brian Moore, Creative Director at Bose Corporation
Brian Moore is Creative Director for Bose, where he leads and collaborates with creative teams and agencies in the development of campaigns and product launches that authentically articulates the brand’s unique story and connect with customers. Working across multiple disciplines, Brian creates campaigns and experiences for broadcast, web, social, apps, and retail. Prior to joining Bose, Brian focused on user experience and editorial content at large and small agencies.
Brian found his passion for storytelling while studying journalism and fine art and working as a newspaper designer during his undergraduate experience. He further explored digital storytelling through Mass Art’s Dynamic Media Institute and MFA program.
Brian lives outside of Boston in a sleepy town full of apple orchards and cider donuts. He considers Austin a second home, having led multiple photoshoots in and around the capitol and is looking forward to being back soon.

Norah Perry, Senior Designer | Harley-Davidson Motor Company
Norah Perry is a multidisciplinary maker, self-starter, nail-biter and chocolate addict designing at the sweet spot between loud simplicity and overwhelming complexity to craft delightful experiences (fingers crossed). When Norah’s eyes aren’t glued to the screen (although a rarity), they’re most likely hungrily consuming a Cormoran Strike novel, soaking in all of the latest interior design trends or lazily scanning the streets of Milwaukee as she jogs from neighborhood to neighborhood. Norah is currently a Senior Designer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
