About AAF Austin:
AAF Austin connects the Austin marketing and creative community. Currently at 1800 members strong, AAF Austin is a vital part of and receives support from the national organization – American Advertising Federation (40,000 members). AAF Austin provides value through networking events, volunteer opportunities, awards ceremonies, educational support and professional development programs and gives back to our industry via education and public service initiatives.
Big Wigs is an alternative to the industry’s traditional ADDY awards and focuses on personal talents and contributions of individuals and companies. The winners are the best of the best in every category. Nominations are chosen by the Austin Advertising Community (you do not have to be a member of AAF Austin).
A short summary paragraph will be required stating why this person should be nominated. From there, the top 5 nominees with the most votes in each category will be chosen. The Board will then select one winner per category based on their nomination summary. There are special awards for Biggest Wig and Silver Medal Award. This event brings something unique to organizations ready to get noticed. Suppliers, clients, and agencies all participate.
Big Wigs Winners!
That’s a wrap! Thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable night celebrating this year’s hidden gems – and congratulations to all of our deserving winners!
