Location: Hybrid onsite in Austin, TX 78735
Compensation: Based on 5-7 years of experience.

Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring immediately for a full-time ongoing career opportunity for a UX/UI Web Designer with Project Management skills. You’ll be a part of the group supporting our high-tech client’s commercial marketing organization focused on developing industry-leading notebook and desktop processors, a Fortune 500 leader named on Newsweek’s “America’s Most Responsible Companies” 2022 list. As an embedded member of a collaborative group of marketing professionals, you will support the Director of Commercial Client Marketing with a primary focus on optimizing the client’s digital properties to maximize customer experience while aligning to broader company-level initiatives. You will interlock with the Commercial Client Global team and digital web team to develop and execute improvements to the digital experience including ad-hoc design, storytelling/copy, layout, content, and active testing/targeting for key audiences (i.e., customers, prospects, partners, sales, press, investors, etc.) You’ll also utilize digital metrics such as SEO and KPIs to drive global updates.

• With an upcoming site refresh, you will help implement best-in-class experiences and drive improvements, leveraging your organizational skills and confidence presenting concepts to internal marketing leaders
• Provide UX/UI execution, coordination, and general support for three large segments of our client’s Commercial Marketing team (GTM, OEM, and ABM)
• Develop new campaign/product landing pages, refresh current campaign/product landing pages for the best customer experience, updated product information, and if necessary, develop ad-hoc awareness landing pages
• Connect with key stakeholders from Global, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Units, and outside vendors to ensure they are aligned with the latest business/product priorities and concepts/designs through brand, legal, and digital for development
• A typical day consists of Teams interlocks with all parties and working time for research and/or site development
• Project management of ongoing and upcoming marketing executions requiring internal and agency communication
• Help develop and execute a process for utilizing channels for active customer outreach including personalization, A/B testing, SEO, personalization, UI testing, conversion optimization, buyer journey, developer experience research, and site audits
• Help improve the taxonomy and tagging to optimize website organization and structure
• Work with IT to create user stories for the development of new tools and components
• Support regional initiatives or requests in relation to digital programs to ensure alignment with global strategy and brand guidelines

How to be a top candidate for this job:

• 5-7 years of web design including extensive UX/UI experience
• Strong experience developing and informing the design of sites using best-in-class UI/UX experience
• A single web-based portfolio showing UX/UI strategy and executions (please do not send multiple links or links to download sites)
• Experience in sitemaps, wireframing, customer journey mapping, and overall UX/UI strategy to maximize customer engagement
• Experience managing third-party agencies to support campaign deliverables
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in digital marketing
• UI/UX, and web design and development
• While much of the team works from home some of the time, we are considering candidates who can work 2-3 days a week onsite in SW Austin, TX (78735). • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or similar platform experienceÂ
• Sitemaps, wireframing, customer journey mapping, and overall UX/UI strategy
• Effectively understand marketing executions and process as it relates to Demand Generation
• A Commercial Marketing background with a focus on the Technology Industry is preferred, but not required
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and organization
• Thorough understanding of current B2B marketing strategies and trends
• Adobe Target is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or similar web platforms
• Experience in JIRA and Invision
• Experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and designs
• Strong understanding of user-centered design best practices with a strong creative eye
• Technically savvy and skilled (basic understanding of coding is helpful: HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Knowledge of audience segments and personas, customer lifecycle, brand positioning
• Experience with A/B, multivariate, and usability testing
