Overview: Lead the creation of complex product marketing materials within our high-tech corporate client’s in-house gaming center
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Based on 5 years of experience.
Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing, initial 9 months with possible extension

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Marketing Product Owner to support our high-tech corporate client’s in-house gaming system software dev team. We are compensating based on five years of marketing product owner experience, and we offer full benefits. This role is expected to be ongoing after an initial 9-month assignment.

• Collaborate with industry leaders to craft vision and concept development for product roadmaps, including future releases
• Marketing product owner on the Scrum team
• Lead the creation of complex product marketing materials and perform product marketing activities through the entire life cycle
• Work with the gaming community to secure feedback on product experience
• Develop and generate user stories that represent marketing and customer feature requirements
• Investigate new technologies, develop recommendations for the technical product direction, and establish plans and strategies that drive innovative and industry-leading gaming software features

How to be a top candidate for this job:
• 5 years as a Marketing Software Product Owner
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA is a plus!)
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Ability to propose bold and innovative ideas
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum process and principles
• Understanding of business value around features and functions
• This role will be remote at first but will require on-site work at the client’s north Austin campus once it is safe to return; therefore, we are only considering candidates with immediate local availability. • 2+ years of Agile software development
• Project management tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
